Welcome little Ari James!!

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure to photograph the little man, Ari James, for his newborn portraits.  I have a feeling lately that the little ones must think I smell weird, for they all are happy just before and after I leave! : )  Although Ari wanted to be held by mom and dad the whole time (well, who wouldn't blame him!), we got some amazing photos.  I just love the sparkle in baby's eyes... There's something so magical about them.

Braden James Chandler

Long awaited doesn't even begin to describe the photos of the littlest Chandler, Braden James.  I took these photos of my little nephew back in 2011, and it's taken quite some time to get them finished.  Little ones grow so dang fast; looking at these, I can't believe how much different he is already and how much he's grown!  I must say, he is by far the best looking Chandler  ; )

It's been a long time in the works, but I finally have a blog for my photography!


It's quite fitting that my first post is little Braeden's portraits, for his parents Jen and Kevin have been some of my biggest supporters.  When I first ventured out into the world of portrait photography, Jen not only trusted me to take her maternity portraits, but helped to further my career by continually referring me to some fantastic people.  Thank you Jen, I would't be where I am without you.


On the note of the tiny little Braeden, what a fun little man to take pictures of!  Although he didn't like my camera (or perhaps the person behind it ;), these are some of the great pictures from his 6 month photo session!!
